The Stillwater Grotto (Twisty Passage in the PAL version) is a cave near the waterfall and below the castle leads to an apparent dead end with a pool and this iPoint. There is a secret exit up near the ceiling of the chamber. This iPoint can be seen in Island Flyover and Wii Fit Plus's Island Cycling.

- According to the Island Flyover Information, it's very easy to crash in here.
- In the Wii Fit series, there is a ramp where the path ends that leads to the Forest.
- This is considered to be one of the hardest iPoints, if not the hardest iPoint, to collect, due to its very small space and a narrow passage.
