The Seaplane Team fly in formation above the island when you have fewer than 3-6 iPoints left to find. They can presumably be found around the south-west side of Wuhu Island You can only see this in Island Flyover and their team has 7 planes. Usually, if you wait until there are 30 seconds left, in between the Lighthouse and the Undersea Cable Inspectors, you will find them.
